In this project, I created a live video stream that enables the function of tracking by employing motion detection.
User waives hand across the camera to offset the dropping arrows.
The arrows will not disappear immediately, rather, they get smaller when hover on until they eventually disappear from the screen.
More arrows will drop down if there is not enough amount left on the screen.
